5. Aircraft Charter Services

Aircraft charter arrangements are subject to aircraft availability, operational approval, aircraft performance, crew availability, weather, airport restrictions, airspace restrictions and applicable regulatory requirements.

Passenger capacity, baggage allowance, routing, departure times, aircraft type and other operational details may be modified where required for safety, operational or regulatory reasons.

Final flight arrangements will be confirmed only after the applicable commercial and operational requirements have been completed.

6. MRO Services

MRO services may include line maintenance, AOG support, inspection services, component support, CAMO and continuing airworthiness support, and spares and logistics assistance, subject to applicable capability and approvals.

Maintenance work is subject to aircraft type, aircraft condition, technical requirements, availability of approved personnel, parts, tooling, facilities and applicable regulatory requirements.

Submission of an MRO enquiry does not constitute acceptance of maintenance work. A work scope, commercial proposal or work order may be required before services commence.

7. Air Ambulance Services

Air ambulance arrangements are subject to aircraft availability, patient suitability, medical requirements, medical crew availability, airport permissions, weather, route availability and applicable aviation and medical requirements.

Submission of an air ambulance enquiry does not guarantee acceptance, aircraft availability, medical crew availability or a particular transfer schedule.

The final suitability of a patient for air transportation should be determined by appropriately qualified medical professionals and the relevant air ambulance service provider.

8. Information Provided by Users

Users are responsible for ensuring that information provided through enquiry forms or other communication channels is accurate, complete and current.

Incorrect, incomplete or outdated information may affect our ability to provide an accurate quotation, evaluate an operational requirement or coordinate the requested service.

Where a user provides information relating to another person, the user should have appropriate authority to provide such information.

9. Regulatory & Operational Compliance

Aviation services are subject to applicable laws, regulations, approvals, permissions, airport requirements, airspace restrictions, operational limitations and instructions issued by relevant authorities.

EK TARA Aviation reserves the right to modify, delay, reschedule or decline an operation where required for safety, regulatory, operational or security reasons.

10. Weather, Operational Restrictions & Force Majeure

Aviation operations may be affected by weather conditions, airport closures, airspace restrictions, NOTAMs, technical issues, security restrictions, government directions, natural events or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

In such circumstances, an operation may need to be delayed, diverted, rescheduled or cancelled in accordance with applicable operational and safety requirements.

11. Pricing & Charges

Prices displayed or communicated during an initial enquiry may be indicative unless specifically identified as a final quotation.

Final pricing may depend on aircraft selection, flying time, routing, airport charges, landing charges, handling, parking, fuel, taxes, permits, accommodation, medical requirements, technical requirements and other applicable costs.

Applicable taxes and statutory charges may be additional unless specifically stated otherwise in the final quotation.

12. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated as part of the applicable quotation, booking confirmation, work order or service agreement.

Where advance payment or deposit is required, the relevant service may remain subject to confirmation until the required payment conditions have been fulfilled.

13. Cancellation & Changes

Cancellation, rescheduling and amendment conditions may vary depending on the aircraft operator, service provider, maintenance organisation, medical provider, route and applicable commercial agreement.

Any applicable cancellation charges, non-refundable amounts or third-party costs will be communicated in the applicable quotation or service agreement.

14. Safety & Operational Decisions

Safety remains a fundamental consideration in aviation operations. Operational decisions may be made by the applicable aircraft operator, flight crew, maintenance organisation, medical team or other authorised personnel based on prevailing conditions and applicable requirements.

Commercial requirements will not override applicable safety, regulatory or operational requirements.

15. Intellectual Property
